5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dark Country is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders over $99 as specified on the Site at the time of purchase.

7. Warranty

Dark Country Sunglasses offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
