Shipping Rates & Delivery
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. No code needed — discount applied automatically at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Dark Country is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping to select countries is available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
Returns
We want you to love your Dark Country sunglasses. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging intact
- Lenses must be free of scratches, smudges, or damage
- Original tags must be attached
- Items purchased as "final sale" are not eligible for return
- Gift cards are non-refundable
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@darkcountry.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label (domestic orders only)
- Pack items securely in the original packaging when possible
- Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees the item you want is in stock.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@darkcountry.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return required for confirmed defects.
Warranty Claims
All Dark Country Sunglasses come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. To submit a warranty claim, email us with your order number, purchase date, and a description and photo of the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please first check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If it cannot be located, contact the carrier directly to file a claim, then reach out to us. We'll do our best to assist, though we cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
