Our production process is deliberate and unhurried. We work with manufacturers who share our commitment to quality over volume — facilities that understand the difference between a pair of sunglasses that looks good in a photo and a pair that holds up for years of real use.

We source TR90 nylon, premium acetate, and stainless hardware from suppliers with documented quality standards.

Frames are injection-molded for consistent geometry, then hand-finished at acetate contact points.
